Our stay here was really great, chilled-out base for exploring Cancun. The rooms were elegant with good breakfast and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

we were there for 4 nights, overall had an incredible stay. the restaurant was fabulous and served balanced food. large bedroom and tiled bathroom. hospitality from the whole staff. supreme hotel in a coastal area of cancun.

The staff are terrific, the breakfast is solid and the location is perfect. Hotel near restaurants and bars. Also, if your plans include visiting Tecnologic Stadium, it is 15 minutes walk away.

Wi-Fi was crappy.

The location was absolutely fabulous and beds were best. I liked a continental breakfast, it was generous with lots of food. Fantastic friendly staff worked here and were ready to help.

The bathroom I had was smelly.

Loved this place, it was special. There where elegant employees, an efficient service. The continental breakfast was the best with a lot of food. The location was decent, just off the bus station as well as the shopping mall. Isla blanca was also near the hotel:)))

We loved our 14 nights stay. The staff here was helpful, comfortable location. Communal bathroom with all essentials. We dined out at la Trojita, set very close to the hotel.

There was no kettle.

Lots of extra supplies: climate control and a work desk. Staff were absolutely KIND. A view of the lagoon from our window. Besides, there is private parking.

The bed was hard.
